He also works with clients to help them achieve their goals for enhanced performance and connectivity, and takes overall responsibility for new business. Starting out as a hotelier, Peter has worked in the industry for over 25 years.

Understanding your requirements

Caroline (Customer Support Manager) runs the customer support team, the nice people that deals with your day to day queries and requirements. Following a long career in hospitality, Caroline understands customer requirements for channel management better than anyone. "I work with the team, clients and partners to ensure we remain focused on delivering the customer experience that underpins Booking Booster. Collaboration is essential throughout - both with the client to make sure the way their hotel is set up remains relevant and appropriate, but also to ensure the channels work well."

 
Technology for people

Nick (Senior Developer & Systems Architect),  is also a Java specialist and works on integrating hotels' and agents' systems. "At Booking Booster I take on hardcore Java programming. I like to get to the heart of the problem and use the right tools to crack it. At Booking Booster I can try out the very latest in web techniques, knowing I have the back-up of all our in-house knowledge which gives me the confidence to take on any issue."

Reliability is key

Wael (developer) ,skills lie in both front-end development and the object-orientated design required for Java development, a combination which ensures that the Booking Booster application maintains its intuitive interface and functionality at the same time as dealing with system support requirements. "I work between the core development and support teams and am fully au fait with the business requirements behind the project. I make sure that the system always operates seamlessly."
